STARFURY L8 Convention Breaking news

We've been informed by Jennifer Beals' representatives that her schedule for the beginning of next year has changed, and as a result she will now no longer be available to attend Starfury: L8.
When announcing and advertising guests for any convention, Starfury does clearly state that their appearance is subject to their "acting work commitments" and that a guest will cancel their appearance should they get a film or TV role that conflicts with the dates of the event. It would be silly to expect any guest to jeopardize their careers for a convention appearance, and they always have a get out clause in any deal permitting them to cancel at any point.
However, I can appreciate how disappointed anybody who has purchased a ticket will be to hear this news. This situation is not anybody's fault; it is simply circumstances and there is no villain. We here at Starfury along with Jennifer's representatives have worked hard to mark this work, and Jennifer did want to attend this event. It is just unfortunate that fates have conspired against us.
I hope all of Jennifer's fans will join us here at Starfury in whishing her the best in this new venture, and we will endeavour to bring her to another event in the future.
Jennifer Beals is an impossible guest to replace, but new guests will be booked to fill this unfortunate void. I plan to add in two new guests, and will be announcing one before the end of this week.
Though sadly Jennifer will now no longer be a part of it, I aim to maintain and surpass the quality of Starfury's previous L-Word events, and will be working to ensure the L8 is the best L-Event yet.

晚上睡不著，上來居然看到這條爆炸性新聞
，女王不去L8 Convention，雖然已經有點感覺到可能會是這樣的結果，至少是在半年前取消的，Ride-Along還真的排擠到L8 Convention的時間，或者JB可能接到什麼新戲？如果是後者，那我的遺憾會小一點。接著的發展不會是他們找Lu去參加L8 Convention吧？2012年如果女王去L9 Convention，那我真的要開始存錢了
